Services Included in Prices:

• Crew service
• All charter and berth tax, harbour and port procedures in harbours in Turkey
• Transit log and related formalities
• Ship water
• 4 hours cruising diesel daily
• Mooring fees
• Use of yacht equipment, snorkeling, and fishing equipment
• Yacht insurance
• Welcome drink

Services Not Included in Prices:

• Yacht catering & beverages (crew included)
• Harbour taxes and custom fees (in foreign waters)
• VAT
• Airport transfer
• Jet-ski and water ski (optional on demand)

Terms of Payment:

• Bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking as confirmation.
• The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your embarkation date. If the balance is not received by the due date, JasminYacht.com reserves the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit, and levy any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 90 days prior to your trip: You can cancel your trip with no cancellation fee.
• Up to 60 days prior to your trip: 30% of your total reservation will be charged.
• Up to 45 days prior to your trip: 50% of your total reservation will be charged.
• Up to 30 days prior to your trip: 100% of your total reservation will be charged.

Additional Information:

• Guests must be in possession of a valid passport (expiring not earlier than one month after the cruise ends) and should obtain visas and health certificates where required.
• Special dietary requirements will be provided as requested.
• Smoking is permitted only on deck.
