TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Bank transfer or Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
- A deposit of %50 of the total amount will be required at the time of bookings as confirmation
- The balance must be paid 2 weeks pror to your embarking date. If the balance is not received by the due date, msjasmin1.com reserves the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and to levy any cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 90 days prior to your trip you can cancel your trip with no cancellation fee
- Up to 60 days prior to your trip % 30 of total amount of your reservation will be charged
- Up to 45 days prior to your trip % 50 of total amount of your reservation will be charged
- Up to 30 days prior to your trip % 100 of total amount of your reservation will be charged
Guests must be in possession of a valid passport (expiring not earlier than one month after the cruise ends) and should obtain visas and health certificates where required. All requirements should be confrmed with appropriate government consulate or information Office prior to departure. It is guests responsibility to obtain any visas, passports, health certificates or other travel documents required.
Due to safety reasons it is requested that physical disabilities of any kind be advised at time of reservation. It is understood that guests require special attention or treatment will be travelling with their escorts. We retain the right to refuse to embark any pregnant woman beyond the 6th month of pregnancy.
Special dietary requirements will be provided as request is put in written at least 2 weeks prior to sailing
M/S Jasmin 1 is not suitable for guests with special needs. Embarkaton gang ways do no fit all types of Wheel chairs. Cabin bathrooms and stair cases are unsuitable for disabled guests.
Excursions on land are not included to our curise fares and avaliable according to the cruise Schedule. Land excursions are subject to shore and weather conditions and based on a minimum participation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the yacht for safety reasons and fort he comfort of future guests.
Smoking is permitted only on deck.
